PowerHawke has provided IBM in Southbury, Connecticut annual infrared and visual inspections for many years. The IBM offices in Southbury first opened in 1987 and developed into the largest corporate office park in the area. Today, this center houses operations for IBM Global Services. The four-building complex consists of over 1,000,000 square feet of space. Fluor manages the facility in Southbury as well as at more than 300 IBM facilities in the U.S.
Each year PowerHawke coordinates with IBM staff to provide a certified thermographer during both day and evening shifts to inspect the entire electrical distribution system across the multi-building campus including IBM’s Data Center located there.
