PowerHawke by Harlan completed both infrared and visual inspection and deenergized testing at the John Sevier State Office Building on behalf of Jones Lang LaSalle, property manager for the State of Tennessee buildings.   The John Sevier Building was built in 1940 as part of the New Deal Public Works Administration program.   The visual and infrared assessment were completed in advance of the deenergized shutdown to allow for any issues noted to be remedied during the scheduled shutdown.

The deenergized scope of this project included:

  • Bolted Pressure Switch Operational Test
  • Fused Switch Insulation Resistance Test (Megger Test)
  • Fused Switch Contact Resistance Test (Ductor Test)
  • Bus Over Potential Test
